Yes. If your plan is an Indemnity or PPO type plan, then we can accept the benefits your insurance
company provides. Depending on your particular plan you may have full coverage for some
procedures and partial coverage for others. In general you can expect regular cleanings, exams and
x-rays to be covered fully, and other procedures to be partially covered. Our office is set up for
electronic claims, so in most cases you don't even need to bring any forms. Our staff would be happy
to give you an estimate of your benefits and co-payments - just ask.

Because medical and dental benefits differ significantly from policy to policy, a review of your

Patients may make payments by Amex, Visa, Mastercard, check or cash.

Do you over-book or double-book?

No. We reserve time for one patient at a time. You will have time to talk about your concerns and
needs. Since the time is reserved for one patient at a time, if you should need to cancel an
appointment, please call as soon as possible so that we may schedule the time for someone else.

I have had cosmetic surgery done and am in the process of having dentures
made. I had a partial plate made by Dr. Flagiello. Prior to my becoming a patient
of Dr. Flagiello, I couldn't find a dentist to accommodate my needs. The dentists
I had previously gone to insisted I have implants. I didn't want nor could I have
afforded the. Dr. Flagiello, without any problems, proceeded to grant my wishes.
He was also reasonably priced. He stands behind his work. Most dentists are
interested mainly in the money.

His staff is courteous. After my oral surgery, his staff contacted me the same
evening to see how I was feeling. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to me. Dr.
Flagiello's office is relaxing. It helps alleviate the stress that normally comes
when going to a dentist visit. I am a heart patient and never felt so comfortable at
a dentist's office before.I only regret that I didn't know Dr. Flagiello 15 years ago.
I certainly would have had an easier time.
